Eyes in the Night - Owl'Eyes in the Night - Owl' is an original fine art scratchboard ACEO miniature drawing in black, yellow and white. The scratchboard size is 3 1/2 in x 2 1/2 in. This tiny miniature artwork was done with an exacto blade on black scratchboard. Very fine lines were drawn to create the eyes and the moon. Tiny dots were used to create the background and to highlight the black owl. To add the yellow, I used opaque watercolors and a small brush. Please note that the squiggly line effect is caused by digitizing the image for the internet. The lines on the actual drawing are smooth. The color in the drawing will vary depending on monitor settings. The eyes of the owl, the moon and the dots of the background are very yellow. The copyright notice on the image is for protection purposes only. The text does not appear on the original drawing. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you might have.
