Cat Eyes - Fat Cat

'Cat Eyes - Fat Cat' is an original fine art scratchboard drawing in black and white. The scratchboard size is 7 in x 5 in. This chubby fellow is looking for a friend, but is not sure if he can trust you. He is curious though, maybe the right treat will win him over? This is another drawing in my 'Cat Eyes' series. The entire miniature drawing was done with an exacto blade on black scratchboard. Very fine lines were drawn in layers, slowly building up the detail and highlights. Tiny dots were used to bring life to the eyes and to create the nose. Please note that the squiggly line effect is caused by digitizing the image for the internet. The lines on the actual drawing are smooth.
