Payment

I accept only PayPal for purchase of my scratchboard artwork. Simply contact me with the names of the scratchboard art you would like to purchase. I will return a PayPal invoice to you with the total and let you know when your payment has been received.

Shipping and Handling

I package all artwork with care using quality materials. I ship USPS Priority Mail free within the USA. Insurance and delivery or signature confirmation is included for these orders. You will receive an email from me when you artwork has been shipped. Delivery time is usually 2 - 4 days from the shipping date within the USA.

International purchases are shipped Priority Mail with insurance and return receipt at additional cost to the customer. Because the charges are different to each country, please contact me for exact shipping and handling costs. I will email a PayPal invoice to you with the correct shipping charges included. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in my shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying my artwork. Delivery time depends on customs.

Return Policy

I wish all my customers to purchase with confidence. Please contact me with any questions you have about my artwork before you purchase it. I consider return requests within 15 days of the customer receiving the artwork. Artwork must be returned in the packaging it was shipped in and must be in mint condition. Customer pays return shipping costs. Refunds are for purchase price only.
