Payment

I accept only PayPal for purchase of my scratchboard artwork. You will find a convenient and secure PayPal 'Buy Now' button on each individual scratchboard art pages in my galleries. Just click to purchase. If you wish to purchase more than one item or are purchasing art that will be shipped out of the USA, contact me with the names of the scratchboard art you would like to purchase. I will then email you a PayPal invoice with the combined total.

Shipping and Handling

I package all artwork with care using quality materials. I ship USPS Priority Mail free within the USA. Insurance and delivery or signature confirmation is included for these orders. You will receive an email from me when you artwork has been shipped. Delivery time is usually 2 - 4 days from the shipping date within the USA.

International purchases are shipped Priority Mail with insurance and return receipt at addition cost to the customer. Delivery time depends on customs. Contact me prior to payment for exact shipping and handling costs. I will email a PayPal invoice to you with the addition shipping charges included.

Return Policy

I wish all my customers to purchase with confidence. Please contact me with any questions you have about my artwork before you purchase it. I consider return requests within 15 days of the customer receiving the artwork. Artwork must be returned in the packaging it was shipped in and must be in mint condition. Customer pays return shipping costs. Refunds are for purchase price only.
