Snow Leopard

'Snow Leopard' is an original fine art scratchboard drawing in black and white. The scratchboard size is 4 in x 6 in. This entire miniature drawing was done with an exacto blade on black scratchboard. Very fine lines were drawn in layers, slowly building up the detail and highlights. The eyes were created using tiny dots. I like to bring life to the image through the eyes and softness to the hair. The squiggly effect of the lines is caused by digitizing the image for the internet. The actual lines are smooth.

Purchase of this original artwork does not include the copyrights. The copyrights are retained by the artist, Denise M. DesLauriers. The copyright notice on the images is for protection purposes only. The text does not appear on the original drawing. This scratchboard artwork is unmatted and unframed.
